Pisces ♓ is the twelfth astrological sign in the Zodiac, which started from the Pisces constellation. It is also considered a water sign and one of the four mutable signs. Being the twelfth sign, Pisces is associated with the astrological twelfth house. Individuals born when the Sun was in this sign are considered Pisceans. Under the tropical zodiac, the Sun is in Pisces roughly from February 19 to March 20, ending on the moment of vernal equinox by definition.
Pisces as the other water signs is Feminine (negative) also known as the Polarization of the sign. Feminine signs are more receptive and cannot help but react to life. They draw in energy as opposed to Masculine (positive) signs that push energy out into the world.
Pisces unlike Scorpio and Cancer are a Mutable sign. They change from one season to the next. They are flexible and communicate easily. They also help create change.
Of course we know this – they are also a Water Sign! Water signs are very connected with life. Very sensitive, they need to merge with other human beings.
Pisces are gentle cool calm and collected. They don’t usually let anything ruffle their feathers too quickly. They are compassionate and sensitive to those around them, especially their mate. They love affection and will give it freely to those they love. Because of their cool easy going nature, they are often liked by many because others do not see them as a threat so they enjoy being around them.
Angie’s take on Pisces:
Pisces are unforgettable and always seem to have something about them that makes them that way, like a personal trademark. It’s usually their eyes (Liz Taylor), their style (Johnny Cash), or another physical feature (Cindy Craword and her mole). Every Pisces I’ve ever met was creative in some way, and really talented in their creativity. Unpredictability is one of the only adjectives you can use to describe them, since they can pretty much BE anything and everything. I’ve received a phone call from a Pisces friend at 2 am about a conversation we had hours earlier. They are either really quiet and shy, or just seem shy when they are just very soft spoken and low key. Don’t be fooled — they always have a wild side and aren’t shy about going to a crazy party when the mood hits. Despite their love of a good time, they still like to keep a distance from people emotionally. It takes a lot of time to earn their trust and become one of their confidants. Just expect the unexpected and the occasional middle of the night call. Written by Angela Neal.
